These terms and conditions apply to your use of the Advanced Robes & Kitchens website and, in general terms, to the services we provide. By using this website you accept these terms. Specific project work is governed by the written quote and any contract we provide for that job.

Use of this website

The content of this website is provided for general information about our business and services. You may view and print pages for personal use, but you may not reproduce, modify or distribute the content, images or branding without our written permission.

Quotes and estimates

Any pricing discussed prior to a written quote is an estimate only. Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated, and are based on the scope, measurements and finishes agreed at the time of quoting.

Changes to scope, materials or site conditions discovered after quoting may require a revised quote, which we will always discuss with you before proceeding.

Project work

Timeframes provided for manufacture and installation are given in good faith and may be affected by material availability, site access or circumstances outside our control. We will keep you informed of any changes.

Custom cabinetry is made to order for your specific space and cannot be returned or exchanged. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees relating to acceptable quality and fitness for purpose.

Intellectual property

Designs, drawings and specifications we prepare remain our property until the related work is paid for in full. Photographs of completed projects may be used in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Our liability in relation to services we provide is governed by the applicable contract and the Australian Consumer Law.
