We're a family-run cabinet making business in Queanbeyan. Since the early 1980s, homes across Canberra and the surrounding region have trusted us to design, build and install the kitchens, robes and cabinetry they use every day.
A local business built on referrals
Advanced Robes & Kitchens started as a small workshop serving Queanbeyan and Canberra, and that's exactly what it still is, just with four decades of jobs behind it. We've never needed to be the biggest cabinet maker in the region; we'd rather be the one people recommend to their family and friends.
A large share of our work comes from repeat clients and word of mouth. That only happens when jobs are done properly: measured accurately, built from quality materials, installed cleanly and finished on time.
Craftsmanship in the details
Good cabinetry is mostly invisible. It's drawers that still run smoothly after ten years, doors that line up perfectly, and joins you'll never notice because they were done right. Our cabinet makers have spent their careers getting those details right.
We select boards, benchtops and hardware for how they'll wear, not just how they look in a showroom. And we'll always tell you honestly when a cheaper option isn't worth it, or when an expensive one isn't necessary.
